This Memorial Day, as people across the United States honor the memories of the heroes who fought to protect their families and their homes, MyHeritage is offering you the unique opportunity to learn more about the people in your family who fought for their country.

From May 20–May 26, our entire collection of military records will be available for free.

Our collection includes draft, enlistment, and service records, pension records, and other military documents from North America and around the world, going back as far as the American Revolutionary War in the late 18th century.

Through military records, you can learn about the role your ancestors had in making history. These documents may contain information on where your ancestor served, what rank they rose to, and what they did during their service. Military records are also unique in that they may contain information on your ancestor’s appearance and physique — their height, eye color, and hair color, for example.

MyHeritage’s collection of military records is usually fully accessible only to those with a paid MyHeritage subscription. But from May 20–26, all users will be able to search them, view them, and extract information from them to add to their family trees at no cost.

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to discover new information on the military heroes in your family! Search the MyHeritage military record collection today.
